Scheduling Poll
Find a date that works for everyone: suggest a few dates, share one link, see who can make it. No sign-up, no ads in the poll, deleted automatically.
Which dates could work?
Pick a date and press “Add”. Times are optional — leave them empty for a whole day, or add the same date several times with different times.
Title, dates, names and answers are encrypted in your browser. The key is only in the link — we can't read your poll. It is deleted two weeks after the last date.

Free Doodle Alternative — No Sign-Up, No Ads in the Poll
Planning a team dinner, a club meeting, a parents’ evening or a weekend with friends? Suggest a few dates, share one link in your group chat, and everyone ticks the dates that work for them. You see at a glance which date fits most people — then set it as final, and everyone can add it to their calendar.
Nobody needs an account, an app or an email address. Title, dates, names and answers are encrypted in your browser before they reach our server; the key is only in the link you share, so we can’t read your poll. Two weeks after the last date, the whole poll is deleted automatically.
How to Find a Date for Your Group
- Give your poll a title — and, if you like, a place and a short note.
- Add the dates that could work. Leave the time empty for a whole day, or add the same day several times with different times (for example 18:00 and 19:30).
- Share the link by WhatsApp, Signal, email or any group chat. Everyone enters their name and taps ✓ (works), (✓) (works at a pinch) or ✗ (doesn’t work) for each date.
- Pick the final date with your organizer link. Everyone who opens the poll then sees it at the top and can add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this scheduling poll really free?
Yes. There is no paid version, no account and no limit on how many polls you create. Up to 60 dates and 200 people fit into one poll.
Do participants need to sign up or install an app?
No. They open the link in any browser, type their name and tick the dates. Their answer is remembered on their device, so they can come back later and change it.
What do you store, and who can read it?
We store the poll as encrypted data on our own server in Germany: title, place, note, dates, and each person’s name, answers and comment — all encrypted with AES-GCM in your browser. The key is only in the part of the link after the “#”, which browsers never send to a server. Anyone with the link can see the poll and all answers; we can’t. We don’t store email addresses or IP addresses.
When is my poll deleted?
Automatically two weeks after the last date in the poll, and at the latest 120 days after you created it. With your organizer link you can delete it at any time, or remove single answers.
I lost my organizer link. Can you send it again?
No — we never see the link, so we can’t recover it. The poll keeps working for everyone; it just can’t be closed or deleted early, and it disappears on its own after its delete date. Email the organizer link to yourself right after creating the poll.
How is this different from Doodle?
It does the one thing most groups use Doodle for — finding a date — without accounts, ads inside the poll, or tracking of the people you invite. The trade-off: there are no calendar connections or reminder emails. If you need those, a full scheduling service is the better fit.
What about time zones?
Times are shown as the organizer entered them. If someone opens the poll in a different time zone, the poll tells them which time zone the times are in. The calendar file uses the correct time for everyone.
